Aquilegia vulgaris Terry Shine. A perennial plant, which is valued for its compact bush with voluminous, delicate leaves, strong pedicels and a bouquet of terry flowers. The plant is 60-70 cm high. Blossoms abundant, from late May to mid-July. Terry flowers of various shades, 4 cm in diameter. Moisturizing, it is desirable to plant in the shade. For growing unpretentious, prefers light, drained soils. Multiply sowing in the open ground in May or under the winter. During the spring sowing, the seeds should be kept for 2 weeks in wet sand in a refrigerator. Seeds germinate in a month at a temperature of 20-22 ⁰C. Flowers look good together with lupine, high bells, irises, astilla, host and fern.
