Nasturtium ampelle Jewel (Tropaeolum majus lobbianum). Annual herbaceous plant with curly shoots, 200 cm long. Flowers are large, up to 4 cm in diameter, multi-colored, with a pleasant fragrance. Flowering lasts from June to frost. Light-, heat-loving culture. Prefers moderately fertile, with good soil drainage. For early flowering sowing in April to 2-3 seeds in the pot. Shoots appear in 10-14 days. In open soil seedlings are planted in May at a distance of 40 cm from each other. The plant is very sensitive to transplanting, so it should be carried out very carefully, trying not to destroy the soil lump. The seeds are sown in May to a permanent place, previously soaked during the day. It is used for vertical and horizontal planting.
