Lupinus Poiyphyiius Festival. Perennial plant, 50 cm high. Leaves are large, on long petioles, flowers are collected in inflorescences-brush, 35 cm long. A winter-hardy crop, unpretentious to soils, prefers sunny or slightly shaded areas. In a permanent place, seeds are sown in spring or under the winter (in November), at a depth of 2 cm. In case of seedling method, sowing is conducted in March - April. Before that, in advance prepare the soil - a mixture consisting of sand, sod soil and peat, in approximately equal proportions. At a temperature of 20 ⁰C seedlings appear in 10-20 days. After the development of 4-5 of these leaves, seedlings are planted in the open soil at a distance of about 30-50 cm. It is used for decoration of flowerbeds, mixborders and slaves.
